8. No Reshipment to Mail Forwarders

Orders sent to, addressed to, or routed through any mail forwarding company, package consolidation provider, reshipping agent, or similar forwarding service are not eligible for reshipment protection.

Where a customer uses any forwarding service, any entitlement to a free replacement shipment or related claim is automatically void. This includes situations where an order is first delivered to an address in one country for onward shipment to another destination.

Any loss, seizure, delay, return, refusal, or non-delivery connected with the use of a forwarding service remains entirely at the customer’s risk and responsibility.

9. Refunds, Returns, and Reshipments

Products cannot be returned once dispatched. Due to the nature of the goods supplied, all sales are treated as final after shipment.

Reshipment Policy

Subject to these Terms, Generic Pacific Pharmacy may provide a replacement shipment in the following cases:

• • a package is lost in transit and reported within the required time period;
  • a shipment shows no tracking movement for at least 30 days;
  • Items are received damaged;
  • Part of an order is missing.

Lost package claims must be reported within 7 weeks of the shipment date. Claims made after that period may be refused.

Orders marked by the carrier or tracking system as delivered will not qualify for reshipment.

Orders submitted with incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate shipping details are not eligible for free reshipment.

Any replacement shipment will be sent to the original delivery address unless the customer requests a different address and pays any additional shipping or handling costs required for redirection.

10. Customs and Import Responsibility

Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with the import laws, customs rules, postal regulations, and any product restrictions that apply in the destination country before placing an order.

Any customs duty, tax, fee, import charge, or clearance cost imposed by the destination country is the customer’s responsibility.
