Generic Pacific Pharmacy supplies products only to international customers. Products listed on this Website are not offered for domestic sale within India.
By placing an order through the Website, you agree to this Shipping and Delivery Policy together with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Returns and Exchange Policy.
1. Order Processing
All orders are subject to review and acceptance before dispatch.
We process orders after we confirm payment, review the order, check product availability, and do any required shipping or compliance checks.
Orders are usually prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days, though some may take longer due to stock availability, destination, shipping restrictions, verification requirements, or other operational factors.
We reserve the right to refuse, delay, or cancel any order when necessary, including due to concerns about payment, shipping restrictions, inaccurate customer information, destination-country import issues, or other compliance concerns.
2. International Shipping Only
The Website is for international orders only.
We do not accept domestic orders within India.
Before placing an order, confirm that all products can be legally imported into your destination country or jurisdiction. Check your local laws and regulations before submitting your order.
3. Shipping Methods

The estimated delivery time for Express Mail is generally 15 to 22 days.
Sometimes, delivery may take up to 30 days or longer. Reasons may include customs, postal delays, bad weather, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Some shipments may pass through transit hubs or third countries before arriving. This can add transit time, cause tracking delays, or lead to route changes outside our control.
6. Customs, Duties, and Import Responsibility
All orders are shipped internationally, and customers are responsible for import duties in their country.
Customers must ensure they follow import laws, customs rules, and postal regulations. They are also responsible for any duties, taxes, clearance charges, or fees. Customers must obtain any required local permits or approvals.
Generic Pacific Pharmacy is not responsible for customs delays, import refusals, or seizures. It is also not liable for regulatory holds or if parcels are confiscated, destroyed, or returned by customs. Additional customs charges from the destination country are also beyond our responsibility.
Any customs-related issue will be handled only in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and Returns and Exchange Policy.
7. No Reshipment to Mail Forwarders
Orders sent to mail-forwarding or package reshipping companies, or similar third parties, do not receive free reshipment protection.
Any issues arising from using such services, such as delays, losses, seizures, or returns, are the customer’s responsibility.
8. Tracking Information
We usually send tracking information by email after we dispatch your order.
Tracking availability and update frequency depend on the shipping method, the destination country, and the postal or courier service used. In some cases, tracking updates may be delayed or limited once a parcel reaches the destination country.
9. Lost, Delayed, Damaged, Missing, or Partial Shipments
If your order is delayed, lost, damaged, incomplete, or only partially received, you should contact us at info@genericpacificpharmacy.com as soon as possible and provide:
• your order number;
• a clear description of the issue;
• photographs of the parcel, packaging, and contents, where applicable.
Any replacement or reshipment request will be considered in accordance with our Returns and Exchange Policy and Terms and Conditions.
You may get a one-time free reshipment for lost or undelivered shipments when: the issue is reported within 7 weeks of the shipping date; at least 30 days have passed since the last tracking update; and all conditions in our Returns Policy are met.
10. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for giving complete and accurate shipping details. This includes their full legal name, delivery address, and any other required information.
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, missing recipient details, customer moves without proper forwarding, or incorrect contact information.
Orders affected by incorrect or incomplete delivery information are not eligible for free reshipment.
11. Returned Parcels
If a returned parcel is recoverable, we can resend it once you pay for reshipping.
Some returned parcels cannot be recovered. Postal or customs authorities may destroy, abandon, or dispose of them.
12. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and transit responsibility passes to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier. This is subject to any reshipment rights under our Terms and Returns Policy.
13. Force Majeure and Delivery Delays
We are not liable for shipping delays, failed deliveries, or non-performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, customs suspensions, trade restrictions, political events, pandemics, natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, tariff changes, or international postal interruptions.
