BTCPay Payment Instructions

We offer BTCPay as a secure payment option for customers who wish to pay using Bitcoin or the Lightning Network.

BTCPay allows you to complete your order using your preferred crypto wallet. At checkout, simply choose BTCPay and you will be redirected to the payment screen to complete your transaction.

How it works

  1. Add your products to the basket and proceed to checkout.
  2. Select BTCPay (Bitcoin, Lightning Network, …) as your payment method.
  3. Click Proceed to BTCPay.
  4. You will be redirected to the BTCPay payment page.
  5. Choose your preferred payment option:
    • Bitcoin
    • Lightning Network
  6. Scan the QR code with your wallet, or copy the payment details into your wallet manually.
  7. Send the exact amount shown on the payment screen.
  8. Once the payment is confirmed, your order will be processed.

Important information

  • Please make sure you send the exact payment amount shown on the BTCPay invoice.
  • Payments must be completed before the invoice expires.
  • Orders will only be confirmed once the payment has been successfully received.
  • Blockchain network fees may apply depending on your wallet provider.
  • Cryptocurrency payments are generally non-reversible, so please check your order carefully before making payment.

Which wallets can I use?

You can use most wallets that support:

  • Bitcoin on-chain payments
  • Lightning Network payments if that option is selected

This Payments Policy governs all transactions conducted through
www.genericpacificpharmacy.com (“Website”).

Generic Pacific Pharmacy is a licensed pharmaceutical business operating from India in accordance
with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and applicable CDSCO regulations.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods (subject to availability at checkout):

    • Major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
    • Approved international payment gateways
    • Other payment methods as displayed during checkout

All payments must be made in full prior to order processing and shipment.

2. Currency

All prices are listed in (United States Dollars (USD)) unless otherwise stated.

Customers are responsible for any:

    • Currency conversion fees
    • International transaction fees
    • Bank processing charges

3. Payment Processing & Security

Payments are securely processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment providers.

We do not store full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or sensitive payment authentication data on our servers.

4. Fraud Prevention & Verification

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact us directly to resolve any payment disputes before initiating a chargeback.

Unauthorized or bad-faith chargebacks may result in:

    • Account suspension
    • Order cancellation
    • Refusal of future service
    • Recovery action for associated fees and costs

We reserve the right to provide transaction records, delivery confirmation, and prescription verification documentation to financial institutions in response to chargeback investigations.

7. Pricing Errors

In the event of a pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to:

    • Cancel affected orders
    • Refund payments made
    • Correct pricing information without prior notice

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, subject to payment processor timelines.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.

9. Regulatory Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse payment and cancel orders where:

    • Prescription requirements are not met
    • Export compliance cannot be satisfied
    • The transaction violates applicable laws
