Returns and Exchange Policy

This Returns and Exchange Policy apply to all purchases made through www.genericpacificpharmacy.com (“Website”).

Generic Pacific Pharmacy supplies products only to international customers. Products listed on this Website are not offered for domestic sale within India.

We do our best to handle every order carefully and resolve any genuine shipping issues fairly. Because of the type of items we sell and international shipping, we do not take returns once orders are sent.

By placing an order through the Website, you agree to this Returns and Exchange Policy, as well as our Terms and Conditions.

1. No Returns Accepted

For safety, legal, quality, and shipping reasons, we cannot accept returns once products are sent.

    • Change-of-mind purchases.
    • unwanted items.
    • Customer ordering mistakes.
    • Refusal of delivery by the customer.
    • Failure to comply with import requirements in the destination country.
    • customs delays, holds, refusals, seizures, or confiscations.
    • Orders sent to or through any mail forwarding, reshipping, consolidation, or package-forwarding service.

2. No Standard Exchanges

Product exchanges are not offered once an order has shipped, except for verified fulfilment issues.

If there is a proven shipping issue, such as a damaged, missing, or lost order, we usually send a replacement, provided you follow the rules below.

3. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your eligible order is lost in transit, we will offer a one-time free reshipment. You must notify us within 7 weeks of the original shipping date.

    • At least 30 days have passed since the last tracking update.
    • Claims made more than 7 weeks after the shipping date will not be eligible for free reshipment or refund.

In exceptional circumstances or force majeure, we may extend the time period for claims.

4. Conditions for Free Reshipment

To qualify for a free reshipment, you must meet all of the following conditions: the shipping details you provided at checkout were accurate and complete, including your full legal name.

    • The order was not sent to or routed through a mail-forwarding service, reshipping company, package consolidation provider, or any similar service.
    • The order is not shown as delivered by the tracking system or carrier.
    • The customer reports the issue within the required timeframe stated above.

Orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping details, such as an incorrect address, missing recipient information, or relocation without proper forwarding, will not qualify for free reshipment.

5. Returned Parcels

If a recoverable parcel is returned to us, we may resend it after the customer pays for reshipping.

Not every returned package can be found. Some are destroyed or thrown away by the post office or customs, so we might not be able to send them again.

6. Damaged, Missing, or Partial Orders

If your order comes damaged, missing items, or not complete, please email us right away at info@genericpacificpharmacy.com and send: your order number.

    • A description of the problem.
    • Clear photographs of the parcel, packaging, and received items, where applicable.

If we confirm the problem, we will usually send a replacement at no cost.

7. Reshipment Address

Any approved reshipment will normally be sent to the original shipping address provided at checkout.

If you request shipment to a different address, we may agree to this only if you pay any additional shipping or handling charges that apply.

8. No Reshipments to Mail Forwarders

Orders shipped to or routed through any third-party forwarding, reshipping, or consolidation service are not eligible for free reshipment, return, exchange, or refund protection.

Any delay, seizure, non-delivery, return, refusal, or loss arising from the use of such a service remains entirely at the customer’s risk.

9. International Orders

All orders through the Website are for international delivery only.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they buy can legally enter their country. Customers must also pay any customs duties, taxes, import fees, clearance fees, and obey local laws.

We do not accept returns and do not guarantee refunds where an order is affected by:

    • Customs inspection.
    • Customs delay.
    • Import refusal.
    • Customs seizure.
    • Regulatory hold.
    • Confiscation or destruction by customs or border authorities.

In these cases, we follow our Terms and Conditions and any resending rules.

10. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed for dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

11. Refund Position

As a general rule, refunds are not given once an order has been dispatched.

Where a genuine fulfilment issue is verified, the usual remedy will be replacement or reshipment, not refund.

Any refund issued after dispatch will be at our discretion and will be granted only where we determine that a refund is appropriate in the circumstances.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was directly caused by us and we decide otherwise.

12. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order or item involved, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

This Returns and Exchange Policy applies to purchases made through www.genericpacificpharmacy.com (“Website”).

Generic Pacific Pharmacy is a licensed pharmaceutical business operating from India in compliance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and applicable CDSCO regulations.

Due to the regulated nature of pharmaceutical products, strict return limitations apply.

1. General Policy

For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, pharmaceutical products are generally
non-returnable and non-exchangeable once dispatched.

We cannot restock or resell medications that have left our licensed premises.

2. Prescription Medications

Prescription medicines are non-returnable under all circumstances except where:

    • The wrong product was supplied, or
    • The product was damaged during transit.

Valid prescription verification does not qualify a product for return.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

    • A damaged item
    • A defective product
    • An incorrect medication

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing www.genericpacificpharmacy.com with:

    • Order number
    • Clear photographs of the package and product
    • Description of the issue

After internal review and verification, we may offer one of the following remedies
at our discretion:

    • Replacement shipment
    • Store credit

We reserve the right to request return of the incorrect item where legally permissible.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

    • Opened or used medications
    • Temperature-sensitive products
    • Controlled substances (if applicable)
    • Personal care or hygiene products
    • Products seized or rejected by customs authorities

5. International Orders

For international shipments:

    • Customers act as the importer of record.
    • Customers are responsible for compliance with local import laws.

We are not responsible for and do not issue refunds for:

    • Customs seizures
    • Import refusals
    • Regulatory confiscations
    • Delays caused by customs authorities

If a shipment is refused by the customer or customs authorities,
return shipping costs and related fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before:

    • Prescription verification is completed, and
    • The order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within
7–14 business days, subject to payment provider processing times.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the purchase price
paid for that product, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
